The goat is pitch-black color, with fat meat and thick soup. Its greasy and delicacy, but without mutton smell. It is reported that because the sheep eat special product — Chinese francolin tea and rare vegetation in Dongshan range. The East goat has on enjoyed the great reputation since the Song Dynasty, and once was listed as “the high-quality goods”, was one of four big famous cuisines of Hainan. East goat’s cook way is diverse, has stewed in soy sauce, consomme, coconut tree juice, dryly stir-fries stewing, hits the chafing dish (hot pot) and so on many kinds of eating ways.
